In collaboration with HUD, TMM constructed a much needed elderly housing facility in 2001. Harper Village Apartments, named after the old high school in the community, is a clean, warm, secure, and quiet 31-unit senior independent living facility that serves low-income elderly residents. TMM’s President serves as Chairman of Harper Village Apartments Board. TMM’s President alone with the Board oversees the operations and management.
